Privacy request

Facebook data deletion

If you used Facebook Login with a ShimaaTech product, you can request deletion of information associated with that connection.

Request deletion by email

Email support@shimaatech.com with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request. Include the name of the ShimaaTech app you used and the email address associated with your request. Do not send your password.

Remove the app from Facebook

  1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites.
  3. Select the relevant ShimaaTech app.
  4. Choose Remove and follow Facebook’s confirmation steps.

Removing the app stops future access through Facebook. To request deletion from our records as well, complete the email step above.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify it where necessary, and delete or de-identify information we control unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
